Ole Miss Celebrates Football Stars with Times Square Billboards

The University of Mississippi has launched a two-week billboard campaign in Times Square to promote football standouts Trinidad Chambliss and Kewan Lacy. The digital displays began Monday and are part of Ole Miss’s H6I5MEN promotional effort supporting the players as they enter the 2026 season.

With nearly 300,000 people passing through Times Square each day, the location offers a high-profile platform for Ole Miss to spotlight its athletes. The campaign includes large digital billboards highlighting Chambliss and Lacy, who are among the players drawing attention for national awards this season, according to university officials.

Ole Miss Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Keith Carter said the location is perfect for showcasing the players’ stories. “Times Square is one of the most iconic places in the world, and it is the perfect backdrop for us to showcase two exceptional student-athletes,” Carter said. “Trinidad and Kewan have earned the opportunity to be discussed for the Heisman and other awards, and we are excited to support them and introduce their stories to an even broader audience.”

In July, Ole Miss began producing yard signs and other marketing materials celebrating Chambliss and Lacy. Fans interested in supporting the campaign can purchase packages through the university’s website, olemissmemories.com.
