Jones College Softball Trio Named NJCAA Division II All-Americans
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three players from Jones College have been named 2026 NJCAA Division II Softball All-Americans, with all three earning second-team honors. The selections come a week after they received NFCA All-American recognition.
Madison Sawyer, a freshman pitcher from Saraland, Alabama, posted a 20-3 record with two saves and a 2.61 ERA over 145 innings. She is the first Bobcats pitcher to win 20 games since 2019. Sawyer struck out 134 batters and allowed a team-low .201 batting average against her. She also earned NFCA All-South Region, MACCC Pitcher of the Year, and All-MACCC First Team honors.
Mabry Eason, a freshman outfielder from Oxford, Mississippi, batted .358 with 14 doubles, 24 home runs and 65 RBIs. She was named NFCA All-South Region and All-MACCC First Team.
Mary Kimble Price, a freshman infielder from Kosciusko, Mississippi, hit .399 with 18 home runs and 77 hits. She led the team with 69 RBIs and boasted a .977 fielding percentage. Price was also named NFCA All-South Region and earned All-MACCC First Team honors.
Jones finished the season with a 50-12 record and placed fourth in the NJCAA Division II World Series.
