Jackson State University’s Division of Athletics and head golf coach Rob Ford II announced the Tigers’ schedule for the 2026-27 men’s golf season, which features a home event and several tournaments on the road.
The Tigers open their season Sept. 7-8 at The Refuge Golf Course in Flowood, Mississippi, hosting the TheeILove Intercollegiate. They will then compete the following week at the Magicians on the Green, hosted by Lemoyne-Owen College, on Sept. 14-15.
Jackson State will stay on the road for a third straight week at the Thomas W. Dortch Jr. HBCU Golf Classic in Stone Mountain, Georgia. After a brief break, the team returns to competition Oct. 16 at the SAS Intercollegiate in Cary, North Carolina.
The fall schedule concludes with two tournaments in November. The team resumes play in March, beginning with back-to-back tournaments in Alabama: the ASU Spring Classic on March 16-17 and the AAMU Invitational on March 23-24 in Hampton, Georgia. The Tigers finish the regular season at the Robinson Invitational in Kannapolis, North Carolina, on April 5-6. The Southwestern Athletic Conference Championships are scheduled for April 12-14 in Mobile, Alabama.
