Jackson State’s cross country team announced its schedule for the 2026 season, which includes five meets and one postseason event, according to the program.
The season kicks off Sept. 4 in Clinton, Mississippi, at the Mississippi Christian Opener. The Tigers then travel to Monroe, Louisiana, for the ULM Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 25.
The third meet is the Nicholls XC Invitational in Thibodaux, Louisiana, on Oct. 3. The team returns to Clinton for the Watson Ford Invitational, hosted by Mississippi Christian, on Oct. 16.
The season concludes with the Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship in Tallahassee, Florida, on Oct. 27. Jackson State officials did not specify additional postseason details.
