Pontotoc’s Hayden Harris named a baseball Dandy Dozen in Mississippi
Pontotoc’s Hayden Harris was named one of the top 12 baseball players in Mississippi via the Clarion Ledger on Thursday.
From the Clarion Ledger:
One of the state’s strongest hitters, Harris believes he’s better than any pitcher he faces at the plate. It shows in the .527 batting average, 60 RBI, 14 doubles and 11 home runs he tallied last season. Harris signed to Jones County Junior College.
Harris led the Warriors to the second round of the state baseball playoffs last year. The Warrious bring back multiple contributors from last season and look poised to make a run into the playoffs this season.
