TULSA, Okla. — Ole Miss men’s tennis players Moritz Kudernatsch and Pietro Pampanin saw their run at the ITA Men’s All-American Championships end Saturday in the doubles main draw semifinals.
The Rebels duo faced Ohio State’s Nikita Filin and Brandon Carpico in the semifinals, losing in straight sets, 7-6, 6-0. Kudernatsch and Pampanin advanced to the semifinals after defeating opponents from Penn and Notre Dame in earlier rounds.
Ole Miss announced the result on its social media channels. The team continues to compete in the tournament, which is part of the fall collegiate tennis schedule.
The ITA All-American Championships are held in Tulsa, with the Rebels participating in singles and doubles action. Kudernatsch and Pampanin’s tournament run concludes with the semifinal appearance.
Ole Miss men’s tennis will next compete at the ITF Fayetteville event starting September 28.
