Ole Miss Women’s Golf Ranks Among Top at NCAA Championship After Second Round
CARLSBAD, Calif. — The No. 20 Ole Miss women’s golf team remains in the hunt at the 2026 NCAA Championship after completing the second round Saturday at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
Kajsalotta Svarvar continued her strong play, birdying five of the first seven holes on the back nine. She finished with a three-under 69, moving to six under for the tournament and sharing the individual lead, according to tournament officials.
Mary Miller shot a 73 in the second round, finishing at four over for the event. Matilda Bjorkman posted a 76, while Sophie Linder and Filippa Sundquist both carded 76 and 77, respectively. Ole Miss trails the leaders but remains competitive heading into the third round scheduled for Sunday.
