The University of Mississippi men’s tennis team announced its 2026 fall schedule Monday, with nine events scheduled across eight cities. The Rebels aim to build on their roster as they prepare for the upcoming spring season.
Ole Miss enters the fall with a notable presence in the ITA preseason rankings. Niccolo Baroni is ranked No. 52 in singles, while Igor Kudriashov is No. 91. Kudriashov also holds the No. 10 spot in the ITA newcomer rankings. In doubles, Moritz Kudernatsch and Pietro Pampanin are ranked No. 22 nationally, and Kudriashov and Kai Milburn are No. 59.
The team will rely on returning veterans Vlado Jankanj and Stefano D’Agostino. Jankanj posted a 20-8 singles record last season, including a 17-5 dual-match mark, and went 3-2 in doubles. D’Agostino finished 14-6 overall in singles and recorded 13 dual-match victories. He also went 11-14 in doubles overall, with an 11-12 record in dual matches.
Coach Jacoby expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming schedule, citing strong summer performances by players and the opportunity to compete at top-tier college and professional events. The Rebels will open their fall campaign Sept. 11-13 at the Milwaukee Classic in Wisconsin. They will also participate in the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from Sept. 19-27, among other tournaments throughout October and early November.
The fall schedule includes events in Fayetteville, Arkansas; Nashville, Tennessee; Auburn, Alabama; Rome, Georgia; Norman, Oklahoma; Gainesville, Florida; and culminates with the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships in Athens, Georgia, Nov. 17-22. These competitions will allow the team to test itself against elite collegiate and professional players as it prepares for the spring season.
