Ole Miss Men’s Tennis Signs Moritz Kudernatsch for 2026-27 Season

Ole Miss men’s tennis head coach Jake Jacoby announced the signing of Moritz Kudernatsch on Wednesday as part of the team’s 2026-27 roster additions. The Munich, Germany, native will transfer from Memphis after three seasons with the Tigers.

During his time at Memphis, Kudernatsch played primarily on courts one and two in singles and achieved a career-high No. 101 ITA singles ranking last spring. He also reached a career-high No. 58 ITA doubles ranking during the same period, according to school officials.

Jacoby praised Kudernatsch’s development and leadership qualities. “Moritz is excited to come to Oxford, and we are even more excited to have him here,” the coach said. “He has steadily improved as a player and is a great teammate. His experience in big matches will be a valuable asset for us.”

Kudernatsch currently holds a 13.12 UTR and joins fellow transfer Igor Kudriashov on the roster. The team also features returners Stefano D’Agostino, Pietro Pampanin, Vlado Jankanj, and Kai Milburn. Ole Miss has six student-athletes committed for the upcoming season.

The Rebels continue to prepare for their 2026-27 campaign, with the team actively building its roster through transfers and recruiting, officials said. Fans can follow the team on social media at @OleMissMTennis for updates.
