Ole Miss Golf’s Kajsalotta Svarvar Earns WGCA Honorable Mention All-American

Coral Springs, Florida – Ole Miss women’s golfer Kajsalotta Svarvar has been named a Women’s Golf Coaches Association Division I honorable mention All-American, the WGCA announced Tuesday. This is the first time Svarvar has earned All-America honors.

The Halmstad, Sweden, native’s season stroke average of 71.39 ranks fifth all-time at Ole Miss since 2003-04. She finished her sophomore season with four top-five finishes, five in the top 10, and seven in the top 20, including a top 20 showing at the 2026 NCAA Championship in Carlsbad, California.

Svarvar also set school records during the season, ranking second in rounds even or below par (22) and rounds in the 60s (12). Her contributions helped Ole Miss secure eight top-five team finishes, tying for the second-most in program history, and two tournament titles. The Rebels’ team average of 288.09 ranks fourth-best among all Ole Miss teams.

This honor represents the 10th All-America selection in Ole Miss women’s golf history, with nine occurring during head coach Kory Henkes’ tenure. The award highlights Svarvar’s impactful season and continues the program’s tradition of producing top collegiate players.
