Mississippi State to Host NCAA Baseball Regional at Dudy Noble Field
STARKVILLE, Miss. — Mississippi State will host an NCAA baseball regional for the 16th time in program history, with the games scheduled from May 29 to June 1 at Dudy Noble Field. The stadium was recently named the top college baseball venue by USA Today.
The Starkville Regional will feature the Bulldogs, who enter the postseason with a 40-17 record and the No. 12 RPI in the country. The team will learn its three opponents during the NCAA Selection Show on Monday at 11 a.m. on ESPN2.
This marks Mississippi State’s third consecutive regional appearance and its 42nd overall. The Bulldogs last hosted a regional in 2021, advancing to the College World Series and capturing their first national championship. They have a total of 16 regional titles and hold a 91-47 record in regional play. Last season, they reached the finals of the Tallahassee Regional.
