CARLSBAD, Calif. — Mississippi State men’s golf team will compete at the NCAA Championship at the Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad. The Bulldogs are making their fifth appearance at the NCAA Tournament, the second under head coach Dusty Smith, who is the first MSU coach to reach multiple NCAA Championships.
The tournament is hosted at the par-72, 7,528-yard North Course, featuring 30 teams that advanced through NCAA Regionals. Mississippi State secured its spot with a historic performance in Winston-Salem, finishing with a program-low score of 26-under 826.
Garrett Endicott led the Bulldogs, posting a 14-under 199 to finish third and set a program record for lowest individual score in NCAA play.
