Jones College Baseball Final vs. Northwest Moved to Noon Due to Storm Threat
ELLISVILLE — Jones College has shifted its baseball season finale against Northwest to a noon start Tuesday due to the threat of storms in the area. The game was originally scheduled for 2 p.m., but officials moved it earlier to ensure safety.
The Bobcats still have a chance to host a regional tournament, which runs from May 4-8. To do so, they must sweep the series and receive help from other teams.
Tickets are $8 online at jcbobcats.com/tickets or $10 cash only at the gate. The game will be streamed live on jcbobcats.com/watch, with Mark Easley calling the action.
