Salhab expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating, “I am truly blessed and honored to be recognized as an AASP award recipient, and I look forward to representing Jackson State at the NCAA Career in Sports Forum. This milestone is a vital step toward my goal of becoming a sports executive, focusing on holistic athlete development and wellness. The insights and connections gained from the forum will help me impact the sports industry from operational and wellness perspectives.”
The forum runs through Saturday in Indianapolis. Salhab plans to enter therapeutic recreation and business after graduation, aiming to bridge front-office strategies with athlete development, emphasizing medical and holistic wellness frameworks to enhance athletic performance.
