Pontotoc has won their last 5 matches, including claiming 12 sets in a row before taking a 3-1 victory over South Pontotoc on Tuesday.
At Ripley last Thursday, the Lady Warriors disptached a quality opponent in the Lady Tigers in 3 sets by a combined score of 75-52 that included a 10-0 run to start the contest.
Pontotoc now stands 20-11 on the season and finished as the #2 seed in their district with an 8-2 record. They go on the road to face New Albany in the opening round of the playoffs Thursday.
