1) What made you get into coaching? I wasn’t ready to let the game go,injuries my senior year in college prevented me from playing professionally so the next best way to staying connected to the game was to pursue coaching
2) What coach or coaches have been valuable to you since you coached your very first game? I’m forever indebted to Lance Pogue for giving me a shot at coaching, Randall Montgomery for stamping me as a defensive coordinator,I have a great circle of football minds that’s been valuable to me such as Deke Adams,Kevie Thompson,Marc Cobb,Dan Lanning,Chris Jones,Eddie Hicks,Deron Wilson,Cameron O’Neal, these are some guys that are coaching on different levels that I can still call today and pick their brains
3) When you played what venue high school or college did you love going to play? High school Olive Branch/Tupelo and College was Memphis/UCF
4) What former South Panola defensive lineman would go on your Mt.Rushmore? O’bryan Goodson Drelan Porter Isaac Gross and John Jerry these are guys I’ve seen with my eyes
5) Who’s been your favorite player to coach? Eric Kitchen
6) What are you doing when you’re away from football? With my kids Madison and Kruz they keep me busy when I’m not in season
7) What’s your favorite home cooked meal? Chicken Pasta

9) First thoughts when you take a kid home or pick up for practice or a game and you see a running car in the yard? Those cars must don’t work but it’s all part of it
