Belhaven Athletes Wyatt Dupre, Tarryn Woodall Named C Spire Athletes of the Week
Jackson, Miss. — Wyatt Dupre of the Belhaven men’s soccer team and Tarryn Woodall of the Belhaven volleyball team have been named the first C Spire Athletes of the Week for the 2026-27 season, according to the university.
Dupre, a junior forward from Covington, Louisiana, scored twice in Saturday’s match against No. 4 Emory. He netted his first goal just 92 seconds into the game and added a second in the 22nd minute, helping Belhaven build an early 2-0 lead. The performance marked Dupre’s first multi-goal game in college, and he finished with two goals on two shots, the school said.

She led with 18 kills and a .282 hitting percentage against Concordia (Texas), then recorded a double-double with 17 kills and 11 digs versus Austin College. She also added 18 kills across matches against Paul Quinn and Dallas, the university reported.
