Jordan Ta’amu Leaves XFL For Deal With Chiefs

The former Ole Miss product had a very successful shortened stint in the XFL re-debut season, and it has paid off for him as he now enters the NFL.

Ta’amu now joins the reigning world champion Kansas City Chiefs on a one-year deal. He joins a quarterback room with Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, Chad Henne, and Kyle Shurmer.

Ta’amu will look to compete for the third-string position behind Henne and possibly the backup position with a good training camp.

Ta’amu recorded the highest completion percentage in the XFL (72%) while recording third-most passing yards (1,050).
