William Carey Finishes Third at Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational

Jekyll Island, Georgia — William Carey University finished third at the 2026 Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational, after posting team scores of 311, 308, and 314 over three rounds, according to the team.

The Lady Crusaders started strong on day one, with Sirikorn Anantathanasarn leading the team. She shot a 74 (+2) in the first round, placing sixth overall. Taamtond Nivasananda followed with a 77 (+5), sitting 15th after the opening 36 holes.

Anantathanasarn matched her first-round score in the second round, moving up two spots on the leaderboard. Nivasananda also shot a 77 (+5) in the second round, climbing three positions. During the second round, William Carey saw shifts across its lineup, with Gracelyn Cooley and Kenley Archer entering the top 25. Cooley carded a 5-over-par round, and Archer shot a 4-over-par score.

In the final round, Archer made the biggest move for the Lady Crusaders, firing a 1-under-par round to tie for seventh place. Anantathanasarn finished fifth after a 6-over-par round, while Nivasananda also shot a 6-over-par to finish 13th. Cooley ended the tournament in 20th place, Esteban placed 32nd, and Kompoj finished 41st, all within the top 50.

William Carey is scheduled to return to competition September 21-22 at The Carey Collegiate, hosted at Canebrake Country Club in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
