Ole Miss to Face Virginia Tech in 2026 SEC/ACC Challenge
Ole Miss will travel to Virginia Tech for the 2026 SEC/ACC Challenge, scheduled for Dec. 1 at Cassell Coliseum in Blacksburg, Virginia, ESPN announced Friday. Tip-off times and television details will be announced later.
This marks the fourth year of the annual series between the Southeastern Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference, showcasing top non-conference matchups. Ole Miss has compiled a 2-1 record in the event, including victories over Final Four participant NC State in 2023 and on the road at Louisville in 2024.
In the first three seasons of the series, the SEC leads the all-time matchup with a 30-16 record against the ACC. The SEC went 14-2 in 2024 and 9-7 in 2025, while the conference split 7-7 in year one. The upcoming game continues the tradition of high-profile non-conference games between the leagues.
