Millsaps Men’s Soccer Releases 2026 Schedule

The Millsaps College men’s soccer team has unveiled its schedule for the 2026 fall season, according to the college’s Department of Athletics. Led by fourth-year head coach Gentry Johnson, the team will play a combination of exhibition matches, non-conference games, and Southern Athletic Association contests.

The season begins with four exhibition matches in August, including games against Copiah-Lincoln Community College, East Central Community College, and Millsaps alumni. The regular season kicks off in September, with the team traveling to Pensacola Christian College on Sept. 4 and facing United States Sports University on Sept. 5 and 6.

Millsaps hosts LeTourneau University on Sept. 12 before hitting the road again to play Mississippi University for Women on Sept. 14. The team will also compete in away matches at Hendrix College and Lyon College in September. The regular season wraps up in late October, with home games against Centre College and Rhodes College, and road contests at Southwestern University and Trinity University.

Postseason play is scheduled to begin Nov. 5, with the top six teams qualifying for the Southern Athletic Association Championship, hosted by Oglethorpe University. The tournament runs through Nov. 8. Fans can follow the team’s updates on X, Instagram, Facebook, and the college’s official website.

Millsaps College, founded in 1890 in Jackson, Mississippi, is known for its liberal arts education and regional influence. The college has received recognition from several national rankings and publications for its academic and social contributions.
