The Millsaps College men’s and women’s cross country teams have unveiled their schedule for the 2026 season, with four regular-season meets and postseason competitions planned, according to an announcement on Wednesday.
The season begins near home with the Mississippi Christian University 5K Opener on Sept. 4 at Choctaw Trails. The teams then travel to Huntsville, Alabama, for the Southern Showcase hosted by Jacksonville State University on Sept. 18.
They will compete at the Mountain Goat Invitational on Oct. 3 in Sewanee, Tennessee, which features 6K and 8K races. The regular season concludes with the Watson Collegiate XC Classic at Mississippi Christian University on Oct. 16.
Postseason action includes the Southern Athletic Association Cross Country Championships on Oct. 31, hosted by Sewanee. Qualifiers will advance to the NCAA South Region Championships on Nov. 14, with the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships scheduled for Nov. 21 in Northfield, Minnesota.
