Jones College Volleyball Ranked No. 24 in NJCAA Preseason Poll

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Jones College volleyball will open the 2026 season ranked No. 24 in the NJCAA Division II preseason poll, the association announced Thursday.

The Bobcats finished the 2025 season with a 30-5 record and reached the NJCAA Gulf South District Championship. This marks their first preseason ranking since a successful 2025 campaign.

Head coach John Dussouy, in his third year leading the team, has compiled a 58-13 record during his tenure. Under his leadership, the Bobcats have won two NJCAA Region 23 Championships and a MACCC championship.

Jones College is the only team from the MACCC or Region 23 to be ranked in the preseason poll. The Bobcats will open their season Friday, Aug. 21, at the Itawamba Crossover Tournament against Bevill State and Dyersburg State.
