Coahoma Community College Announces 2026 Football Schedule
Clarksdale, Mississippi — Coahoma Community College has unveiled its 2026 football schedule, which includes 10 games against conference opponents. The Tigers will host five home games and play five on the road.
Head coach Larry Williams, entering his second year, emphasized the team’s focus on blending new recruits with returning players. “Our staff has infused this program with a strong signing class that has been putting in the work all offseason,” Williams said. “The foundation of this program is stronger, and we are taking a ‘built by brotherhood’ approach to every game, ready to compete at a high level.”
The team opens the season on Aug. 27 with a road game against Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College at 7 p.m. The home opener is set for Sept. 3 against Jones College at 6:30 p.m. at James E. Miller Stadium. The Tigers’ Homecoming game is scheduled for Oct. 24 at 2 p.m. against Northeast Mississippi Community College.
Additional home games include matchups against Itawamba Community College on Sept. 24, East Mississippi Community College on Oct. 8, and the season finale against Copiah-Lincoln Community College on Oct. 29. The team’s road games are at East Central Community College on Sept. 10, Holmes Community College on Sept. 17, Northwest Mississippi Community College on Oct. 1, and Mississippi Delta Community College on Oct. 15.
