Ole Miss Volleyball to Face Memphis in Road Match Tuesday

Ole Miss volleyball is set for its first true road game of the season when it faces Memphis on Tuesday at Elma Roane Fieldhouse in Memphis, Tennessee. The match is scheduled for 6 p.m. Central Time and will be streamed on ESPN Plus.

The Rebels, who hold a 6-2 record, are looking to extend their winning streak and improve their standing before SEC play begins. Memphis enters with a 2-6 record after recent losses to Boston College and Mississippi State. The Tigers are coached by Cheri Lindsay Jones, now in her second season at the helm.

Ole Miss’s libero Cameron Bradley continues to lead the SEC in total digs with 180 and has tallied no fewer than 15 digs in each of her first eight matches this season. The Rebels recently recorded their highest hitting percentage since September 2025, hitting .376 in a win over Central Arkansas. They also committed just seven attacking errors, their fewest since November 2021.

In their last match, Ole Miss rallied from behind to beat Clemson 3-2 in the annual ‘Showdown at the Net.’ Jorda Crook led with 18 kills and eight blocks, while Carly Paugh added a career-high 10 blocks. Melia Johnson contributed 16 kills, and Bradley posted 25 digs.

Ole Miss has also added transfer Jorda Crook from UAB, who has made an immediate impact with 116 kills and 34 blocks this season. The Rebels are preparing for a stretch of four matches outside Oxford before beginning SEC conference play.

Memphis’s key players include senior transfer Caitlyn Little, with 111 kills, and Amanda Hardt, returning from injury with 60 kills. The Tigers struggle defensively, ranking near the bottom nationally in blocks per set and opponent hitting percentage, but are hopeful to improve with recent returnees.
