Mississippi State to Face UCLA, Dallas Baptist, Wake Forest at 2027 Amegy Bank Baseball Series

Mississippi State will headline the 2027 Amegy Bank College Baseball Series with a slate of three games at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The Bulldogs open the series against Dallas Baptist on Friday, March 5, at 7 p.m., followed by a rematch with UCLA on Saturday, March 6, at 3 p.m. They will conclude the event with a game against Wake Forest on Sunday, March 7, at 10:30 a.m.

All three games will be streamed live on FloCollege, according to series organizers. The tournament marks the second consecutive year that Mississippi State has faced strong competition in the series. Last season, the Bulldogs narrowly missed winning the championship after winning against Arizona State and Virginia Tech before falling to UCLA in the final.

The 2027 series will be the second meeting between Mississippi State and Dallas Baptist, with their first matchup occurring in 2007. The Bulldogs have a long history with UCLA, facing the Bruins 10 times, with their most recent meeting in last year’s series. The game against Wake Forest will be the first since 1949.
