Mississippi State Hosts No. 19 Missouri in First SEC Home Game

STARKVILLE, Miss. — Mississippi State will play its first Southeastern Conference home game of the season Saturday night against No. 19 Missouri, after becoming one of two teams this year to win two road games against Power Five opponents, according to school officials.

The game at Davis Wade Stadium will include several scheduled events, starting with parking lot openings at 8 a.m. and a Coca-Cola Fan Fest launching at 2:45 p.m. Gates will open at 4:45 p.m., with a pregame show by the Famous Maroon Band beginning at 6:30 p.m. The national anthem will follow at 6:35 p.m., and the team will enter the field at 6:40 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to transfer or sell their tickets if they cannot attend. Mississippi State offers ticket transfer options and a marketplace through SeatGeek. Single-game tickets for the Bulldogs’ Sept. 30 game against ULM are available at hailstate.com/tickets.

A highlight of Saturday’s game will be fans collectively ringing cowbells at a designated moment to set a new world record, according to school officials. Fans are expected to count and clang their cowbells simultaneously during the event.

Broadcast coverage includes SEC Network television and streaming via the ESPN App, with announcers Matt Schumacker, Aaron Murray, and Taylor Davis. Radio broadcasts will be available on HailState.com/Watch, the MSU Sports Network, SiriusXM channels 175 and 228, and the SiriusXM App. Radio announcers include Neil Price, Matt Wyatt, and Jay Perry.
