The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced Friday, Oct. 20, that Mississippi State’s Jessika Carter was named to the Lisa Leslie Award Watch List. Carter is 1 of 20 honorees on the preseason watch list given annually to the nation’s best center.
