Millsaps Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Predicted to Finish Seventh in SAA Preseason Polls

The Millsaps College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams are projected to finish seventh in the 2026-27 Southern Athletic Association preseason polls. The polls were announced Thursday by the SAA office and were determined by votes from league coaches.

The men’s team earned 18 points, placing them seventh. Trinity College led the poll with 48 points and six first-place votes, followed by Centre College with 40 points and one first-place vote. The women’s team also received 18 points, finishing seventh, with Trinity again leading at 48 points and five first-place votes. Centre and Rhodes tied for second with 40 points and one first-place vote each.

The upcoming SAA Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships are scheduled for Feb. 10-13 in Danville, Kentucky, hosted by Centre College. Millsaps will look to improve its standing and demonstrate strong performances leading up to the conference meet.
