Trevor Hodges Earns NJCAA First Team All-American Honors for Jones College
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Trevor Hodges, a freshman pitcher for Jones College, was named an NJCAA Division II First Team All-American on Wednesday. It marks the first time a Bobcat has earned that recognition since 2017, when Ben Stiglets and Eric Hoard received the honor.
Hodges was a key contributor out of the bullpen, participating in 17 decisions. He finished with a 10-1 record, six saves, and a 1.55 earned run average, the second-best in Division II. Hodges allowed one or fewer earned runs in 19 of his 21 appearances.
He spent the fall season at Mississippi College, where he initially signed before transferring to Jones College. Hodges’s dominant performance helped lead his team through a successful season, earning him national recognition.
