Delta State Baseball, Softball Series Moved to Saturday-Sunday Due to Weather

Cleveland, Miss. — Delta State University has shifted its baseball and softball series against Mississippi College to the weekend due to forecasted weather conditions. Both series will now be played Saturday and Sunday.

The Delta State baseball team will open its three-game set with a doubleheader Saturday at 2 p.m. Central Time. Senior day for baseball will be held at 1:35 p.m. before the doubleheader. The series will conclude with a single game Sunday at 1 p.m.

The softball series will also start Saturday with a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. CT. Senior day for softball will be observed between the two games. The series wraps up Sunday afternoon with a game scheduled for 1 p.m.
