Malaki has made up his mind and headed to Troy University

Malaki Pegues has made up his mind he has committed to Troy.

Malaki isn’t new to those across North MS. He was a major force on their defense last year. He is a great rusher off the end. Malaki also is great in the running game. He made several big hits on running backs last year.

Malaki has great mechanics. He keeps his hands very active. He’s often dangerous on running plays when he sheds blocks so quickly. That leaves for a RB to get an unwanted welcome in the backfield.

“It feels amazing to be committed,” said Pegus. The connection with the coaches was great. It always felt like home when I went up there. I felt as if Troy was the best fit for me.”
