Ole Miss Women’s Golf Prepares for Clemson Invitational to End Regular Season

The No. 17 Ole Miss women’s golf team will compete in its final regular-season tournament at the Clemson Invitational, March 27-29, in Sunset, South Carolina. Hosted by Clemson at The Reserve at Lake Keowee, the three-day, 54-hole event features a field including top-ranked teams from across the country.

The Rebels are set to play 18 holes each day, beginning Friday. Ole Miss aims to build on its strong season, which has included two fall victories and consistent top finishes. The team has finished fourth or better in every event this season, according to school officials.

He earned multiple awards during his collegiate career and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management.

The Rebels are coming off two fall wins, including back-to-back victories at the Cougar Classic. They have finished fourth or better in every event this season, bolstered by a roster that returns 70% of its players, including seniors, juniors, and sophomores. Key contributors include Gal, Svarvar, Linder, Sundquist, and Carrillo, with new additions Björkman and Miller making immediate impacts.

Ole Miss will look to conclude its regular season successfully before preparing for postseason events, including the SEC Championship, NCAA Regionals, and NCAA Championships, scheduled later this spring.
