Ole Miss Men’s Basketball to Play Alabama in Exhibition at Boutwell Auditorium

Ole Miss men’s basketball will host Alabama in an exhibition game at Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham, Alabama, on Thursday, October 15, at 7 p.m. CT. Tickets are now on sale at www.ballininboutwell.com, according to the university.

Head coach Chris Beard expressed enthusiasm about the matchup, saying, “We’re excited for this opportunity to play Alabama in the Ballin in Boutwell exhibition game. Games like this are about preparing our team for future tests. This is a great opportunity to challenge our guys in October.”

The last meeting between the two teams occurred during the 2026 SEC Tournament, where Ole Miss defeated Alabama 80-79 in the quarterfinals. Ole Miss won three games in three days to reach that victory, which was against No. 15 Alabama.
