Ole Miss Baseball Moves Saturday Game Against Nevada to Noon Due to Weather

OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss baseball’s game against Nevada scheduled for Saturday evening has been moved up to noon CT due to expected winter weather, according to the university.

The game, initially set for 4 p.m., will now start at noon, and the first 250 fans in attendance will receive free tickets. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, the university said.

Ole Miss officials made the decision in response to Winter Storm Fern, which is forecasted to impact the area Saturday evening. The change aims to ensure fans can enjoy the game safely and without weather-related disruptions.

The game is part of Ole Miss’s opening weekend series against Nevada, which continues on February 14. Fans are encouraged to stay updated via Ole Miss athletics social media channels for any further modifications.

Ole Miss also promotes its Rebel Rewards loyalty program, allowing fans to earn points for attending games and events, with opportunities for exclusive prizes and experiences.
