Millsaps Basketball Reschedules Games Due to Weather

The Millsaps College men’s and women’s basketball programs announced schedule changes for two upcoming home weekends due to anticipated winter weather. The affected games are part of the Southern Athletic Association schedule and have been moved to new dates in late January and February.

On Jan. 23, the women’s team will host Rhodes at 1 p.m., followed by the men’s team at 3 p.m. The games were originally scheduled for Feb. 20. Additionally, on Feb. 19, the teams will face Berry, with the women playing at 5:30 p.m. and the men at 7:30 p.m. These games were moved from Jan. 23.

Finally, a doubleheader against Oglethorpe has been rescheduled for Feb. 21, with the women playing at noon and the men at 2 p.m. The original dates for these games were Jan. 25. Millsaps officials cited expected inclement weather as the reason for the adjustments.
