Jones-Coahoma softball doubleheader rescheduled for April 9

ELLISVILLE — The softball doubleheader between Jones College and Coahoma Community College has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 9, due to expected weather in Clarksdale, according to sources.

The games were originally set for Friday. The first pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Coahoma’s field.

Jones is set to return to action Tuesday, April 7, when they host third-ranked Copiah-Lincoln in a home game, the school said.
