Lake Cormorant wins 5A volleyball state championship.
After they lost the first set the Gators were on the roll. They won the state title 3-1 over Long Beach. They did not let up after losing the first set.
“I told our girls let’s calm down and play our style of ball,” said Coach Morgan. “That first set wasn’t us.”
Sofia Gonzalez was lights out today. She was recording kills during the whole match.
“Every time we play I know who I’m going it for,” said Gonzalez.
