Aug. 5, 2025 – The Southeastern Conference released its 2025-26 women’s basketball schedule Tuesday, officially outlining Mississippi State’s conference matchups for the upcoming season.
The Bulldogs are set to play 16 SEC games — eight at home and eight on the road — following the league’s long-standing format of a 14-game single round-robin with one rotating opponent played twice. This marks the 17th year of the current schedule model.
Mississippi State faces a challenging road to the postseason, with 10 games against teams that made the 2025 NCAA Tournament, including high-profile home contests against LSU, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt at Humphrey Coliseum. Rounding out the home slate are matchups with Auburn, Missouri, Georgia, and Florida.
On the road, the Bulldogs will be tested by six NCAA Tournament teams, including trips to Alabama, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. They’ll also travel to Arkansas and Texas A&M to complete their away schedule.
The regular season will culminate with the 2026 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament, taking place March 4–8 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C. All 16 SEC teams will compete in the postseason event.
Season tickets for the 2025-26 campaign are on sale now, starting at $99 plus fees. Fans can purchase tickets online at hailstate.com or by calling 662-325-2600.
