Kiki picks up his first HBCU offer from Alcorn State University. He is a pitcher for the Moss Point Tigers. He also has an offer from Coahoma Community College.
“It feels great to know that my hard work is paying off. Alcorn is actually my second offer. My first came from Coahoma Community College.”
Kiki Ford, Jr is a basketball player as well so he hasn’t been fully back in the mix yet. As a matter of fact he is also a letterman in football.
In 8.2 innings he has 11 strikeouts. His best pitches are his 4 seam fastball and slider. Last summer he had a fast ball clocked in at 83mph.
Kiki says pitching is his favorite position, “the competition with the batter motivates me to work harder and perfect my craft!”
Ford is looking for more offers to come as they finish out the season.
Whoever gets this kid is going to get a stud. He is humble and works extremely hard day in and day out.
