HATTIESBURG, Miss. — Southern Miss women’s basketball will face Toledo in the second round of the MAC-SBC Challenge. The game is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET (1 p.m. CT) at Toledo’s John F. Savage Arena.
The Lady Eagles are 12-11 overall and 5-7 in Sun Belt Conference play. Toledo owns an 11-9 record and is 6-4 in the MAC. This marks the first meeting between the two programs.
Southern Miss is one of 13 Sun Belt teams participating in cross-conference play this weekend. The Lady Eagles are 3-2 all-time in the MAC-SBC Challenge and are aiming for their first road victory against a MAC opponent.
Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. ET at Toledo’s arena, where the Lady Eagles will look to improve their all-time record in the challenge and secure a win on the road.
