Ole Miss Softball Series Against No. 4 Alabama Rescheduled Due to Weather

The University of Mississippi softball series against No. 4 Alabama has been rescheduled due to inclement weather, the school announced Wednesday.

Originally set for Saturday, the game has been moved to Friday, with a doubleheader starting at 3 p.m. CT. The second game will begin approximately 45 minutes after the first.

Tickets for the Friday game will be honored for both games of the doubleheader. Fans with tickets for the originally scheduled Saturday game will be able to attend the second game of the doubleheader or the Sunday game, depending on their purchase.

The series will conclude with a game Sunday at 1 p.m. CT, the release stated. Ole Miss and Alabama are set to face off in their SEC opener, with the updated schedule allowing fans to catch the action despite weather disruptions.
