Ole Miss Soccer Adds Nine Transfer Portal Players and One Signee for 2026
Ole Miss soccer is building its roster for the 2026 season with nine transfers and one signee, head coach Todd Shulenberger announced. The new players come from various programs, bringing experience and talent to the Rebels.
Among the transfers is Paxton Bock from SMU, a Scottsdale, Arizona native who played 32 matches over two seasons, recording four assists. Bock ranked second on her team in passing in 2025 and was one of five players with three or more assists.
Ava Ghoreishi joins from Washington State after one season, where she played 18 matches and scored her first collegiate goal against Georgia. She also contributed an assist in 2025. Another transfer, Keira Mitchell from Washington State, earned WCC All-Freshman honors, scoring four goals and playing 1,493 minutes in her redshirt year.
Other newcomers include Anna Claire Jacobi from Appalachian State, who started 11 games in 2025 with three shutouts and seven saves twice. Maizy Kluksdal, also from Washington State, played all 19 matches in 2025, mainly in defensive midfield, and Keegan Mitchell played 17 matches with four goals and one assist for Washington State.
Additional transfers include Isabella Pontieri from North Florida, who scored 14 goals over three seasons, and Audrey Shackelford from Washington State, returning to the SEC after a season with the Cougars. Sydney Snowden from Appalachian State and Alena Watts from Washington State also join the team, bringing experience and depth to the roster.
Ole Miss continues to update its roster and staff, aiming to improve its performance in the upcoming season, according to team officials.
