Ole Miss Men’s Golf Finishes Ninth at Pauma Valley Invitational

The University of Mississippi men’s golf team, ranked No. 13, finished in ninth place at the Pauma Valley Invitational on Wednesday at Pauma Valley Country Club in California. The Rebels posted a team score of 853, finishing just over par for the tournament.

Cohen Trolio led Ole Miss with a consistent performance, shooting 1-under 70 in the final round to finish the tournament at 214 (+1). Finn Meister, who competed as an individual, recorded the lowest round of the day among Ole Miss players with a 2-under 69. Cameron Tankersley and Tom Fischer each shot 2-over 73 in the final round, with Tankersley ending the tournament at even par, tying for 29th place.

The Rebels will return to competition Easter weekend at the Mason Rudolph Championship, scheduled for April 3-5 at Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tennessee.
