Ole Miss Baseball Hosts Media Day Ahead of 2026 Season

The University of Mississippi baseball team and head coach Mike Bianco held their annual media day Tuesday to preview the 2026 season. The event provided an overview of the team’s schedule and key players.

The Rebels will open their season with a series against Nevada, beginning Feb. 13. The schedule includes matchups against Arkansas State, Jackson State, Missouri State, Southeast Missouri State, Baylor, Ohio State, Coastal Carolina, Memphis, North Alabama, Evansville, Southern Miss, Texas, Austin Peay, Kentucky, Mississippi State, and Little Rock. Games are scheduled through March and into April, with some contests streamed online.

Ole Miss also announced its social media channels for fans to follow updates, including X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Coach Bianco and players discussed the team’s expectations and key players during the media day. The event is part of preparations for what the Rebels hope will be a competitive season.
