MONROE, La. — Mississippi Valley State University’s baseball team travels to Louisiana-Monroe on Tuesday for a non-conference game at Lou St. Amant Field. The Delta Devils are seeking their seventh straight win over NCAA Division I opponents.
The Delta Devils enter the game with a 10-18 record and a 6-6 mark in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Louisiana-Monroe holds an 18-15 record and is 7-5 in the Sun Belt Conference, according to the schools’ athletic departments.
The game is scheduled for 6 p.m. and will be available to watch on ESPN+. Fans can listen to the broadcast on 105.7 FM and 540 AM. Live stats will also be available.
Historically, Louisiana-Monroe leads the series 9-0 since 2001, with the last meeting taking place on April 20, 2011, in Monroe, Louisiana. The Warhawks won that game 5-4. The Warhawks’ current winning streak in the series stands at nine games.
