Millsaps College Baseball Adds Former Players Case Page and Nathan Chilton as Assistants

The Millsaps College baseball team announced the addition of two former players, Case Page and Nathan Chilton, to its coaching staff. Both are returning as assistant coaches under head coach Jim Page, the college said Saturday.

Case Page, a Flowood, Mississippi, native, spent five seasons with the Majors, earning All-Conference honors three times. He set school records for consecutive starts (156) and total games played (190). During his career, he recorded 123 RBIs, 98 runs, 171 hits, 32 doubles, and five home runs. Last season, he helped guide Millsaps to a No. 23 national ranking in Division III and a conference title. Page also contributed to the team’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2015.

Page, who holds an MBA, has been involved in coaching and mentorship at Millsaps, including serving as a Sports Information intern and a coach at the Millsaps Champions baseball camp. He also spent the summer of 2025 coaching 14U players for Knights Knation in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Nathan Chilton, a former Millsaps infielder, spent six seasons with the Majors, appearing in 100 games and making 40 starts. He recorded three doubles, two home runs, 25 RBIs, and two stolen bases. Chilton was part of the Club 40, a spring SAA Academic Honor Roll recipient in 2023, and was named to the SAA Winter/Spring All-Sportsmanship Team for 2023-24.

Since July 2024, Chilton has served as the lead assistant coach and social media manager at Slidell High School in Louisiana. He helped lead the team to a third-round playoff appearance and a school-record number of wins, earning a co-district championship for the first time in two decades. His responsibilities included coaching hitters and catchers, infielders, and managing the team’s social media presence.

Chilton also worked as an executive assistant at Kinetic Staffing in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and previously volunteered with Millsaps baseball as an assistant recruiting coordinator in 2024. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2022 and his master’s in 2024.
