Mia Bowen Earns All-Region Honors for Women’s Basketball

MISSISSIPPI CITY, Miss. — Mia Bowen, a senior forward at Mississippi University for Women, has been named to the NCAA Division III third-team All-Region 8 by D3Hoops.com, the organization announced.

Region 8 includes colleges and universities in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Ohio, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri. Bowen is the first MUW women’s basketball player to earn all-region honors since the program was reinstated in 2018. She was also the only player from a St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference school to make the 2025-26 D3Hoops.com All-Region 8 team, according to the organization.
