Campbell McCluney of the W baseball team has been named Owl of the Week for Feb. 8-15, 2026, according to school officials.
McCluney, a senior, drew the opening day start and helped secure a victory against NCAA Division III powerhouse North Carolina Wesleyan University. He pitched six innings, allowed only two hits and two runs, and struck out 11 batters.
His 11 strikeouts marked the second-most in a game in school history, according to the team. McCluney is listed as a 5-foot-9 right-handed pitcher and infielder.
