Northeast Mississippi, also known as the Tigers, lost to East Central Community College with a final score of 54-62 on February 23, 2026. The game saw East Central take an early lead, outscoring the Tigers 15-4 in the first quarter, and maintaining a steady advantage throughout the contest.

Northeast Mississippi’s standout performer was Nakyiah Walker, who scored 24 points on an efficient 8-of-16 shooting, including 4-of-8 from three-point range. She also contributed seven assists, two steals, and two blocks, playing all 40 minutes.
